We highly recommend that you register in advance for our group classes. This allows us to prepare appropriately for the number of participants and to contact you if there are any changes to the class schedule. However, if you miss the online sign-up cutoff, we do accept drop-ins for classes. We look forward to dancing with you at Bravo Dance Studio!

It depends! For most of our group classes, you do not need a partner. We rotate partners during class so everyone gets a chance to dance with different people and make new friends. However, we do offer some classes designated as Couples Classes. For these, you need to bring your own dance partner (not necessarily a romantic partner), and we do not change partners during the session
At Bravo Dance Studio in Louisville, we teach a wide variety of popular social dances in our group classes. You'll be introduced to many styles, including ballroom dances, Latin dances, swing, and club-style dances like Nightclub Two-Step and Hustle. We focus on dances that are popular at weddings, cruises, and social events, so you'll be ready to hit the dance floor anywhere
Absolutely! We offer beginner group classes weekly. These classes are clearly marked on our schedule, making it easy for you to find one that fits your availability. We also offer intermediate and advanced classes, which are labeled accordingly. No matter your skill level, we have a class for you at Bravo Dance Studio!
One of the best things about our group classes is their affordability! Each class is just $12 per person. At this time, we do not offer package deals. Join us for quality dance instruction that won't break the bank at Bravo Dance Studio in Louisville.
Please dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move freely. Most importantly, wear shoes that stay securely on your feet. Closed-toe, flat shoes are best—sneakers are perfect for beginners attending our group dance classes.
Each group class session lasts 50 minutes. We encourage you to arrive on time, as the first 5 to 10 minutes are crucial for learning new material, especially in beginner classes. We understand that life happens, but it's a bit trickier to catch up if you miss the beginning of the class.
The size of our group classes can vary. We require a minimum of six people to hold a class, and attendance can range up to around 26 participants. Whether the class is on the smaller side or bustling with people, we find that larger groups often bring more energy and personality, making the experience even more fun!
Our adult group classes are open to participants aged 13 or 14 and up. We have a wide range of ages in our classes, from teens to seniors. These classes are not appropriate for youth younger than teenagers. Everyone should be prepared to dance and interact with all participants in the class.
