Rumba quietly breaks that rule. It's the slowest of the Latin dances, all smooth weight changes and unhurried hip motion, and it runs on expression instead of speed. That slowness is a gift when you're learning. There's time to feel where your feet go, time to actually connect with the music, time to look good without scrambling.
