RHYTHM IS TRAINED, NOT BORN Latin & Rhythm Technique Tuesdays | 6:00 PM | Intermediate to Advanced | $12/person The sharp turns, the hip action, the timing that makes Salsa, Cha-Cha, and Rumba pop are not luck. They're trained, one rep at a time, and that is exactly what this class is for. This Tuesday technique session is intermediate to advanced, and no partner is necessary. We rarely dance as couples here. It's separate, focused work: drills and reps on the pieces that make Latin and rhythm dancing actually land. Footwork, hip and body action, timing, spins and turns, positions, and arm styling, broken down and trained until they're automatic. There's no shortcut. You don't build real technique in a few weeks. It's ongoing work, the kind serious dancers return to for years, because that's how the body keeps improving instead of plateauing. Your instructor is Alex, with 40+ years of professional competitive experience. No routines to memorize, no partner required, just the mechanics that upgrade every Latin dance you do.
